BB cream - Missha 21 - Before and After Pictures

I recently made a YouTube video about BB creams, why I love them and which are my favorites which you can check out HERE and today I thought about uploading close up pictures of my skin before and after I applied my favourite Missha 21 BB cream. My skin 'before' appears a little bit red because I made this picture straight after a morning session at the gym followed by the warm shower and also the sun outside my window was shining brightly that day (in contrast to the 'after' picture where my natural skin tone is visible - I didn't go exercising and there were gray, rainy clouds outside) BEFORE AFTER I love the natural, light, silky, pore-less but with the sublet glow finish BB cream creates on my face without the mask effect. 1 month exercise challange - results

I have finally completed the exercise regime I set myself one month ago and described in the post My exercise routine and 1 month challenge . It is fantastic to feel fit and strong again after a 3 months break - while travelling around SE Asia I didn't have right conditions and mindset to do any physical activities at all. I have to say that I didn't manage to exactly follow the exercise regime for a whole month straight because of the Christmas, which power I underestimated :P but I am coming back with still noticeable results after full 3 weeks of regular exercising during last month. As I am not aiming to be a female body builder but primary to tone up and come back to my regular shape from before travelling, I am very happy with the results, especially that I am not a fan of long gym sessions and I only had to sacrifice around 16 minutes every day for them. 2 weeks off the Pill – my body is changing

After the first Pill-free week where I didn't notice much change, something is starting happening in my body. In short, I started feeling like a mild version of my 'week before my period' time (read PMS). I don't have particularly difficult PMS, but I normally would experience decrease of energy and I would be more irritable.
