The book that fulfilled its purpose

“You don’t do anything. Cosmic law, remember? Like attracts like. Just be who you are, calm, clear and bright. Automatically as we shine who we are, asking ourselves every minute is this what I really want to do, doing it only when we answer yes, automatically that turns away those who have nothing to learn from who we are and attracts those who do, and from whom we have to learn, as well.”

“To bring anything into your life, imagine that it’s already there. (…) Imagine, visualise it, every line and edge of it. Just for a minute. Then let it go. (…) Surround it in golden light, if you want. That’s a healing thing to help make it real, but it works in magnetising, too”

Do you know this feeling when you have a random conversation with a stranger and suddenly he says these few words that completely change your perspective on life? Or the lyrics of the song you hear for the first time that in one sentence summarise something you’ve been trying to put into words for years?

Recently I found this little book in my cupboard that for some reason I never fully read. I remember starting it but never going passed first few pages. I cannot quite remember how and when I became an owner of this book in the first place either.

This time however, I felt like reading it in full.

This book, although interesting, to me wouldn't be anything special if not what I found on the last few pages. Not because there was something extremely complex or even unusual - exactly opposite. In these two very simple sentences I found the answers I was looking for so long. They made me think for hours on end. This words were precisely what I need right now in my life.

If I ever write a book and somebody, somewhere read my words and find there the meaning and the answer they were desperately searching for so long, my book would fulfil its purpose

My Ankles Before and After Massage - More Photos

Under my video where I show how I slimed down my ankles and calves with simple massage (you can find it here : How To Slim Down Your Ankles and Calves With Simple 1.5 Minute Massage ) I recently have been asked to provide some more photos showing the after effect. Below you can find a couple of photos of my ankles that I made today morning (note I don't do the massage every day anymore, just once or twice a week to maintain the results): I'm standing flat in my flip-flops: And in a different light: Below you can see my ankles before and after in the same pose (in flat flip-flops) and pretty much the same proportions: And the same picture but smaller (photo on the left is not the best quality): I hope it is satisfactory for you and if you decide to play with this massage you will get similar results. Any questions, please ask :)

My Hair - October

Welcome to my second hair update, this time it is from the month October.  At the beginning of this month I finished my hair and nail supplements I was taking for the last 12 weeks and now I am having a break from tablets.  From the last just over 2 weeks I am regularly doing a two part hair mask which I keep on my head for around 30 minutes after washing with delicate shampoo:  For my scalp I mix WAX treatment and Jantar scalp tonic (it is a Polish product that has tons of positive feedback online, however if used according to the instructions, my scalp just HATES IT - it becomes itchy and my hair fall out for the next few days after the use, but surprisingly I have great results if I mix it with the mask and apply just on my head.) At the same time I mix Biovax Latte with 2 drops of Argan Oil, a little bit of urea and Vitamine B3 and apply it on the rest of the hair.  2 weeks is still too short to see real results, but I can already say I have to...
