First week without the Pill.

Technically, I took my last pill exactly 2 weeks ago, but every month I would do 1 week break for my period and I would start taking the next pack on the 8th day after the last pill. This month I did not start another pack, which means last week was the first unusual week for my body that’s why I call it my first week off the pill.

My observations:

THE MOOD

-          Overall I feel weird, I feel like I’m in the point ‘zero’, I don’t feel good and I don’t feel bad neither. I kind of feel nothing. My emotions are very quiet and low, but it’s very hard to say whether it’s because of the hormones physically affecting my mood, or I am creating this nothingness in my head because I am expecting SOMETHING and there is nothing unusual happening (yet).

-           Over the years I made the observation that my cycle affects my energy for exercising. At the end of my period and a couple of weeks after, I can do longer and more intensive runs and I enjoy it much more than when I’m around a week before my period. I tend to get tired quickly and not even feeling like trying in those days. Over the past week as usual, I felt really good energy for running and I enjoyed my intensive interval trainings.

-          I court myself ... fantasising! While on the pill, I realised over the time that not only my sex drive almost completely died, the pills wiped out the area in my head responsible for any kind of thoughts and sexual desires. Last week, probably for the first time for months my mind was running a little sex film without me consciously producing it. I really hope it means the beginning of having my libido back.

THE BODY

-          Sometimes I could feel something going on in my belly (around the womb) and sometimes I felt like there was nothing going on and that my reproductive organs are still fast asleep and it will take a while before ovulating again.

-          I have an impression that there is more movement of gases in my belly. I feel like my belly lost its ‘construction’ of regular hormones and now while its coming back to balance, every movement is heavier and my belly even sticks out sometimes (normally I hardly ever have that because I regularly exercise my abs).

-          I definitely feel more moist - there is much more mucus coming from me. It makes me very happy to be able to notice it and feel it even while I’m doing my daily activities (observing the mucus is a part of getting to know my natural cycle) however, I am struggling to clearly define its structure and I’m not sure if its because of the hormone rollercoaster in my body at the moment or its just because I’m not yet familiar with different fluids my body produces.

-          I have no extra spots on my face, I don’t think I lost any weight, my boobs didn’t go smaller and my cellulite is as it was too.

I am very curious what the next weeks will bring :) Fingers crossed I will recover my fertility without problems :)

My Ankles Before and After Massage - More Photos

Under my video where I show how I slimed down my ankles and calves with simple massage (you can find it here : How To Slim Down Your Ankles and Calves With Simple 1.5 Minute Massage ) I recently have been asked to provide some more photos showing the after effect. Below you can find a couple of photos of my ankles that I made today morning (note I don't do the massage every day anymore, just once or twice a week to maintain the results): I'm standing flat in my flip-flops: And in a different light: Below you can see my ankles before and after in the same pose (in flat flip-flops) and pretty much the same proportions: And the same picture but smaller (photo on the left is not the best quality): I hope it is satisfactory for you and if you decide to play with this massage you will get similar results. Any questions, please ask :)

My Hair - October

Welcome to my second hair update, this time it is from the month October.  At the beginning of this month I finished my hair and nail supplements I was taking for the last 12 weeks and now I am having a break from tablets.  From the last just over 2 weeks I am regularly doing a two part hair mask which I keep on my head for around 30 minutes after washing with delicate shampoo:  For my scalp I mix WAX treatment and Jantar scalp tonic (it is a Polish product that has tons of positive feedback online, however if used according to the instructions, my scalp just HATES IT - it becomes itchy and my hair fall out for the next few days after the use, but surprisingly I have great results if I mix it with the mask and apply just on my head.) At the same time I mix Biovax Latte with 2 drops of Argan Oil, a little bit of urea and Vitamine B3 and apply it on the rest of the hair.  2 weeks is still too short to see real results, but I can already say I have to...
