No Pill ... so what’s now?

I know this topic is pretty intimate and selecting non- hormonal contraception method is a very personal choice, but I want to share what I decided to use from now on because few weeks ago I was looking for some kind of advise or even information or opinion from somebody who also decided not to use hormones regardless being sexually active and in a long term relationship and I just couldn’t find information I was looking for.

I basically decided to combine natural with barrier methods. Simply speaking I’ll be charting my cycle and we will be avoiding intercourse during my ovulation and few days leading to it (even with the condom), and during the rest of the cycle we will be using condoms.

Lady-Comp, £425 on Amazon
Cyclotest, £149.32 on Amazon
Recently my attention draws Fertility Monitors such as Lady-Comp or cheaper version Cyclotest. Lady-Comp is quite pricy for what it does (it’s pretty much automated cycle charting) but apparently it makes women’s life so much easier which I read in many positive reviews that I’ll definitely consider buying it when my body and I are ready.

When my periods go back to balance and regularity (which will not happen within next 6 months - 1 year at least) and I will learn to fully trust my body and its sings then maybe but only MAYBE I will think about occasionally swapping condom for pull out method which will let us enjoy condom free intercourse from time to time, to which we were so used to while I was on the pill.

Do experienced girls who gave up pills and went for non-hormonal contraception methods have any other suggestions or advise about pill-free life?

My Ankles Before and After Massage - More Photos

Under my video where I show how I slimed down my ankles and calves with simple massage (you can find it here : How To Slim Down Your Ankles and Calves With Simple 1.5 Minute Massage ) I recently have been asked to provide some more photos showing the after effect. Below you can find a couple of photos of my ankles that I made today morning (note I don't do the massage every day anymore, just once or twice a week to maintain the results): I'm standing flat in my flip-flops: And in a different light: Below you can see my ankles before and after in the same pose (in flat flip-flops) and pretty much the same proportions: And the same picture but smaller (photo on the left is not the best quality): I hope it is satisfactory for you and if you decide to play with this massage you will get similar results. Any questions, please ask :)

My Hair - October

Welcome to my second hair update, this time it is from the month October.  At the beginning of this month I finished my hair and nail supplements I was taking for the last 12 weeks and now I am having a break from tablets.  From the last just over 2 weeks I am regularly doing a two part hair mask which I keep on my head for around 30 minutes after washing with delicate shampoo:  For my scalp I mix WAX treatment and Jantar scalp tonic (it is a Polish product that has tons of positive feedback online, however if used according to the instructions, my scalp just HATES IT - it becomes itchy and my hair fall out for the next few days after the use, but surprisingly I have great results if I mix it with the mask and apply just on my head.) At the same time I mix Biovax Latte with 2 drops of Argan Oil, a little bit of urea and Vitamine B3 and apply it on the rest of the hair.  2 weeks is still too short to see real results, but I can already say I have to...
